Bruteforce Attack

At a bruteforce attack, hacker try to penetrate computer systems (both servers and terminals) using several methods. A bruteforce attack is generally not based on a certain system, instead all methods available will be tried. The hackers do not take any possible damages into account, they just test the methods until they gain access. An effective protection is the use of secure passwords combined of small and large letters, numbers and special characters.
