DARZ is entering the 2017 fiscal year with considerable optimism and enthusiasm. The past 12 months have been very successful. The company managed to achieve total sales of around EUR 1.5 million, more than quadrupling the previous year’s figure, and was able to win several new customers from different areas of the IT and technology environment. For this purpose, the company has carved out a clear role for itself as a digital evolution provider with its own high-security data center which offers its customers modular services in the areas of colocation/housing, managed services and cloud services.
Moving forward in full swing
In order to maintain the current momentum and take advantage of growth opportunities, DARZ is starting the new fiscal year with a new organizational structure. This includes the establishment of a second management level meant to optimize the provision of IT services, their marketing and sales. In this context, Ansgar Dahlen will serve as Department Director of IT Services, Matthias Kopp will act as Department Director of Sales and Jan Krüger will assume responsibility as Department Director of Marketing in the respective division. In addition, Wolfgang Brücker will continue to focus on the expansion and support of the partner network as Sales Employee and Partner Manager.
Lars Göbel, formerly Director of Sales & IT Services, will now become Director of Strategy & Innovation and is responsible for the strategic supervision of IT Services, Sales and Marketing. The three new department directors will report directly to him. Lars Göbel is part of DARZ’s first management level consisting of Raphael Munasypow, Director of Finance & Human Resources, Hubertus Schott, Director of Building & Technology, and Jevgenij Peyss, Director of Business Development.
An innovation platform for the services of tomorrow
DARZ is undertaking this restructuring to provide better advice and support to customers and partners in the current year and beyond. Furthermore, the company will be even better able to attain its vision of becoming a central platform for innovation in the entire IT and technology sector through its infrastructure, technology, know-how and cooperation. In 2017, a large number of new IT-driven business models will enter the game, all of which, DARZ is convinced, will have one thing in common: they will need data-centric modular IT services that are flexible and scalable in terms of quantity and quality. For these companies, no matter what size or branch of industry, DARZ is the optimal partner to improve existing value-added models and to bring real innovations forward. The three new department directors will contribute to this by complimenting DARZ’s expert team with sound knowledge, long-term experience and high motivation.
