DARZ GmbH, a full-service IT provider with its own high-security data center, is directly announcing cooperation in the form of partnerships with 10 IT system houses in Germany and for the first time in Austria. This underscores the company’s strategy of acquiring and handling a large portion of its business indirectly in 2017 and beyond. The system houses will benefit from access to modular IT services, which can be scaled flexibly in terms of quantity, quality and time. Through access to infrastructure, technology, know-how and further partnerships in the field of consulting and science, they have numerous new options for success in the IT services business over the long term. In this context, system houses are not only able to shape their own digital change, but also actively support their customers.
First successes point the way
Last year, the first strategic partnerships with leading systems houses such as SVA System Vertrieb Alexander GmbH and the Value Added Distributor (VAD) TIM AG had already begun to be implemented. This led to successful IT projects such as the West German Center for Applied Telemedicine and to the fact that DARZ was the first provider of IT services to be classified as a “manufacturer” by a VAD. It is now DARZ’s declared goal to pursue this path and enable partners with the support of technical know-how, training and marketing measures, to not only better deal with hardware, but also to successfully market and implement complex IT services.
The following companies are now DARZ partners:
- Erik Sterck GmbH (eriksterck.de)
- HWI IT GmbH (hwi-it.de)
- Insight Technology Solutions GmbH (http://www.insight.de)
- IT Competence Group SE (itcg.de)
- IT-FORMATION GmbH (it-formation.de)
- NTS Netzwerk Telekom Service AG (Deutschland und Österreich), (nts.eu)
- QOSIT Informationstechnik GmbH (quosit.com)
- SanData EDV-Systemhaus GmbH (sandata.net)
- SYSTAVO GmbH & Co. KG (systavo.de)
“Working with partners is not only very useful for DARZ, but part of our innovative DNA. We see ourselves as an innovation platform on which our customers and partners can not only optimize processes, but, with our supportive infrastructure, technology, know-how and other partnerships, can achieve IT-driven innovations that change their entire value-added model. This is especially true for system houses that are still faced with the challenge of integrating IT services into their portfolio meaningfully and efficiently,” explains Lars Göbel, Director of Strategy & Innovation at DARZ GmbH.
